SteÂfan O’Brien was found not guilty by a nine-memÂber juÂry beÂfore High Court Judge Sherene MurÂray-BaiÂley at the end of his triÂal at the Hall of JusÂtice in Port-of-Spain last WednesÂday.
O’Brien was acÂcused of causÂing grievÂous bodÂiÂly harm to ZaÂkiya Penn in an alÂleged inÂciÂdent at his home on JuÂly 13, 2019.
