T&T conĀglomĀerĀate ANSA McAL Ltd is seekĀing to raise US$15.31 milĀlion through the sale of shares in the BarĀbaĀdiĀan comĀpaĀny, Roberts ManĀuĀfacĀturĀing Ltd, which is preparĀing to list on the isĀlandās stock marĀket next month.
ANSA McAL and JaĀmaicaās Proven Group Ltd now own 49.50 per cent and 50.50 per cent of Roberts ManĀuĀfacĀturĀing, reĀspecĀtiveĀly.
The curĀrent ownĀers of Roberts are sellĀing part of their holdĀings and are exĀpectĀed to reĀceive a comĀbined US$30.16 milĀlion from the sale of orĀdiĀnary shares priced at US$0.50 or BB$1.00 each.
