DeĀlivĀerĀing a judgĀment late last week, JusĀtice DevinĀdra RamĀperĀsad upĀheld HeĀlen PeĀruās lawĀsuit over a deĀciĀsion by the RegĀisĀtraĀtion, RecogĀniĀtion, and CerĀtiĀfiĀcaĀtion Board (RRCB) not to clasĀsiĀfy her as a workĀer caĀpaĀble of bringĀing a case through a trade union beĀfore the InĀdusĀtriĀal Court.
PeĀru, through the SancĀtuĀary WorkĀersā Union, brought a trade disĀpute afĀter her fiĀnal one-year conĀtract as the comĀmisĀsionās HuĀman ReĀsources and AdĀminĀisĀtraĀtion ManĀagĀer endĀed in AuĀgust 2018 and was not reĀnewed.
