āConĀgrats to all pubĀlic serĀvants on your salary inĀcreasĀes. We in the RHAs (who reĀmain on 2013 inĀcome) are inĀdeed elatĀed and enĀviĀous of your good forĀtune to now be workĀing on your 2019 salaries,ā the asĀsoĀciĀaĀtion wrote.
