PoÂlice are searchÂing for a man who alÂlegedÂly atÂtacked a ClaxÂton Bay woman and her son beÂfore damÂagÂing their propÂerÂty at their ClaxÂton Bay home.
InÂvesÂtiÂgaÂtors said around 11 pm on ThursÂday, CanÂdace Quashie, 42, was at her HillÂtop DriÂve, SpringÂvale home with her son, CourtÂney Julien, 21, when an arÂguÂment ocÂcurred with a 47-year-old man whom she knows.
DurÂing the alÂterÂcaÂtion, the man alÂlegedÂly armed himÂself with a cutÂlass and struck Quashie sevÂerÂal times on her hands. Julien inÂterÂvened and was alÂso struck, causÂing swelling.The susÂpect then alÂlegedÂly broke a winÂdow on the southÂern side of the house and damÂaged sevÂerÂal CCTV camÂeras beÂfore leavÂing.
