Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday criticised Opposition MP Kareem Marcelle, saying his comments appeared to be coming from a ānon-functional brainā.
At a public meeting on Thursday, Marcelle described the Prime Minister as an āunfitā leader and accused the Government of racism and hating Afro-Trinidadians.
Persad-Bissessar responded yesterday that the Peopleās National Movement (PNM) had a history of using race to divide.
