A High Court Judge has reĀsolved an inĀherĀiĀtance disĀpute reĀlatĀed to a will preĀpared by OpĀpoĀsiĀtion Leader PenĀneĀlope BeckĀles.
DeĀlivĀerĀing a judgĀment on ThursĀday, High Court Judge Joan Charles upĀheld the will and its conĀtents afĀter scruĀtiĀnĀisĀing the steps takĀen by BeckĀles when preparĀing the leĀgal docĀuĀment in 2001.
ParĀbaĀtee CarĀrera filed the case afĀter her sevĀen sibĀlings sought letĀters of adĀminĀisĀtraĀtion for the esĀtate of their faĀther, Mano Sukram, folĀlowĀing his death in NoĀvemĀber 2003.
