Chief SecÂreÂtary FarÂley AuÂgusÂtine has called for reÂflecÂtion on church culÂture folÂlowÂing the murÂder of his sisÂter in faith, Neisha Roberts.
Roberts, 40, was found stabbed to death at her Mt St George home on WednesÂday mornÂing. PoÂlice arÂrestÂed a TrinidaÂdiÂan man afÂter he alÂlegedÂly fled to Port of Spain aboard the Galleons PasÂsage. He was takÂen inÂto cusÂtody as he disÂemÂbarked the vesÂsel at 2.15 pm on WednesÂday.
In a FaceÂbook post on ThursÂday, AuÂgusÂtine said he knew Roberts well and deÂscribed her as pleasÂant, helpÂful and nevÂer conÂfrontaÂtionÂal.
