Elderly woman raped, ill husband beaten during home invasion

A 65-year-old woman was kidnapped and raped twice, while her husband was beaten after bandits broke into their Fyzabad home on Saturday night.

Police said the woman and her 68-year-old husband, a stroke victim, are also citizens of the United States of America.

They told police that they went to bed around 8.30 pm. Later that night around 11 pm, they were jolted from sleep by a loud noise.
