A woman has won a lawÂsuit against her step-brothÂer over their faÂther’s deÂciÂsion to leave his propÂerÂty to her afÂter his death.
DeÂlivÂerÂing a judgÂment last week, High Court Judge JacqueÂline WilÂson disÂmissed GarÂland HoldÂer’s case against Mary MarÂshall, seekÂing to inÂvalÂiÂdate the deed of conÂveyance transÂferÂring the propÂerÂty to her and acÂcusÂing her of misÂapÂproÂpriÂatÂing their faÂther’s penÂsion payÂments toÂtalling $210,000.
The duo’s faÂther, Cyril, acÂquired the propÂerÂty loÂcatÂed at El DoÂraÂdo Road in TuÂnaÂpuna in 1969.
